Land/Senior Land Manager (Acquisitions)

Leeds based with extensive travel

Basic salary up to £60k – depending on experience – plus bonus, car and benefits

 

A privately-owned property business is looking to identify development sites across the Midlands and south. Alderpoint Partners are looking to engage experienced Land professionals who wants to help grow a large business over an expanding region. This role is acquisition focused and is backed by a business of high pedigree with solid financial backing.

The role will be based from the company head office and will involve extensive travel.

 

The Position

The role, which reports directly to the Development Director, will involve all aspects of Land acquisition. The role can offer good career progression and you will be given chance to grow a team around you.

The key tasks are outlined below;

  • Identify potential development sites across a large geographical area
  • Manage acquisition process from identification through to pre-construction
  • Ensure that all internal and external stakeholders are always updated and contributing effectively
  • Assist the Development Director in all major projects for the business

 

The Candidate

The successful candidate will have extensive experience of buying land and seeking commercially profitable deals. You will be able to demonstrate a track record of success in working for a developer or consultancy.

The opportunity will suit an experienced candidate who is looking to work as part of a very proficient business. In return, you will be given the flexibility to work independently.
