Job Details
An NHS client is looking for an experienced Property Manager to manage a large and diverse property portfolio. They are currently developing the estates function to deliver local services to the community.
About The Role:
- Rent reviews & lease renewals
- Acquisitions & disposals
- Landlord & tenant
- Maximise on income and create new revenue streams
- Day-to-day property portfolio management
About You:
- Ideally you will be MRICS
- You will be at an advantage if you have worked within the healthcare sector/public sector undertaking a similar role
