Job Details
I am currently working with an NHS Trust based in Kent who are looking for an estates manager to join their team on a 6-12 month contract. The role will be paying between £28 - 30 per hour (umbrella rate).
The role:
- Management and maintenance in line with statutory compliance related to the buildings, COSHH, HTM's and control of legionella.
- Authorised person for budgetary requirements and payments to contractors and suppliers.
- Having management overview of HV/LV, BMS and HVAC systems.
About you:
- Previous health care experience in estates management.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical components in a health care environment.
- Various AP and RP statuses.
