The Role
A traditional property company with a fantastic reputation across the London market is looking to appoint a Town Planner to their highly respected Planning & Development team in London. Working on major developments, primarily across the capital, you will be working with major estates, landowners, developers and institutes on a number of projects.
With a healthy pipeline of work, projects can range from advising major institutes on their property portfolio, large-scale and iconic regeneration projects through to boutique developments on complex sites in the City.
About You
You will be a chartered Planner with private sector experience and have an ambition to achieve top results and pride yourself on your ability to offer expert advice to clients. Your ability to chair meetings, communicate strong arguments and promote development with entrepreneurial and creative ideas will help you settle in with likeminded individuals.
You will have 2-4 years' experience and feel comfortable in working on your own projects while also assisting Associates and Senior Directors on major schemes.
