Macdonald & Company have been instructed by a well known, well regarded property consultancy who are seeking an additional commercial property manager to join the Newcastle team. The role is to focus on providing best in class property management services to a range of local and national clients spanning the industrial, office and retail sectors. The role requires an F/MRICS surveyor who has a background in rent, service charge and insurance collection; management of service charge budgets; site inspections; data input & risk management; report writing and clients liaison. The post would suit a professional from a similar consultancy environment, seeking the progression from surveyor to senior or a senior seeking to improve client base/remuneration package with a view to further promotion. Salary and package will reflect experience, (circa £30 - £36,000) plus car and usual corporate benefits.
