The Role

A Senior Planner opportunity has arisen with a leading, national planning consultancy as they continue to grow in 2019 and see an influx of work come through the door across several sectors including residential, land promotion, regeneration and retail. If you are looking for more autonomy in your role or have a desire to make the switch across to the private sector get in touch!

As a Senior Planner you will be taking charge of your own projects while also working closely with Associates and Directors on larger schemes where the whole team will be working together for the client. Senior Planners will also be managing junior colleagues, checking work and mentoring graduates through the APC submission process.

About You

With over 3 years' experience, you will have a strong understanding of the UK Planning system and have dealt with major planning applications across the Midlands. Your desire for achieving results and ambition to develop professionally will allow you to succeed in the role.

Ideally you will be a member of the RTPI, have strong leadership skills alongside fantastic communication abilities both written and verbal. You should be comfortable working in a team and be able to manage your time efficiently.
