Client Services Director

The Company

My client is a highly respected global property company specialising in Commercial and Residential Real Estate and Management. They currently have a requirement for a skilled Client Services Director to manage a large muti-tenanted London Asset. The property is a 600,000 sq ft office/retail space in central London. The successful applicant will deliver a high-quality service taking responsibility for delivery of all property management services.

The Role

You will be responsible for all onsite staff and you will manage your portfolio in line with Health and Safety, environmental, company procedures, legislative requirements and budgetary costs/service charges.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Liaison with clients to understand all objectives and produce subsequent property management plans

• Form excellent and high-quality relationships with client representatives and advisors and update all aspects and outcomes of property management to the client through written reports and site meetings.

• Form excellent and high-quality relationships with stakeholders and all key office/retail occupiers and undertake regular dialogue and communication.

• Take an executive approach to line management of all senior staff and ensure supervision of welfare, management, training and discipline

• Service charge budgets and review of Arrears Reports for Property and Corporate accounting

• Ensure all property management teams and events teams are overseen and coordinated to deliver performance of services.

• Health and Safety management

• Waste Management, energy procurement water saving

You will have strong interpersonal skills with the self-motivation and drive to carry out the role to the highest quality and standards which meets those of the company. If you are a natural leader with experience and credibility at senior level when facing major clients and tenants, then this could be the role for you!

Degree qualification essential.

MRICS or equivalent.

NEBOSH or IOSH required.
