Estates Officer Urgently Needed
I am currently working with a client based in central London who are looking for an experienced Estates Officer to join their team to oversee a restructure on a 6-12 month basis. The role is looking to pay the successful candidate £27 - 30 per hour (umbrella rate) based on a 37.5 hour week, with a 0900 - 1700 rota.
Due to the nature and location of the role there are some requirements and criteria that if you acquire, you are highly encouraged to apply.
These are as follows:
- Previous experience in Estates Management.
- Experience in an educational setting, health care or other public body.
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical understanding.
- Education or qualifications reflecting knowledge of a trade.
