Group Property & Facilities Manager

Role Outline:

To work with the Property Directors and Property team on group wide aspects of Property and Facilities Management across the Groups property holdings.

The day to day role will involve liaison with a wide group of internal and external people in the following areas:

  • General Property and Facilities Management.
  • Management of agent performance and development.
  • Business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
  • Management of insurance contracts and commercial cost efficiencies.
  • Health and Safety matters.
  • Environmental sustainability.
  • Stakeholder liaison.

Person Profile:

  • Highly experienced Property & Facilities Manager, with a proven track record.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience of working in a matrix structure.
  • Highly developed communication and influencing skills.
  • Articulate and numerate with good analytical skills.
  • A self-starter who is able to shape the role and add immediate value to the business.
  • An aptitude for creative problem solving, with a results and solution led focus.
  • Ability to build relationships and engage with a variety of people across a fast moving, innovative business with an informal culture.
