Valuation Surveyor - Alternatives

A highly reputable firm of Chartered Surveyors are currently looking for a Surveyor to join their West End based  Office.  The team provide specialist valuation advice to clients for a range of purposes including transactional advice, financial reporting, development appraisals, IPOs and loan security.

This role will look to provide valuation advice across a range of asset types including healthcare, healthcare, data centres and student accommodation. You will be responsible for managing and developing national client relationships with significant opportunity for progression within the business.

Candidates will be MRICS qualified and a registered Valuer.  Experience within alternatives would be beneficial however those candidates with strong commercial experience will also be considered.
