CEO Property Division

At Capstone, a highly regarded Australian Fund are working exclusively with us, to recruit an exceptional CEO for one of the group's businesses in the UK. The Group's Board of Directors is looking to bring on resource to drive development opportunities across several of development sites. The majority of the 9-10 sites currently identified are based across the southern counties of England, with the development opportunities largely being triggered by increased demand for housing across this commuter belt.

The parent company has taken time to define the requirements and are now committed to hiring expertise in England to lead this programme of work.

Critically, the right individual will be able to deomstrate:

 Extensive local and regional UK experience (focus on Southern England)
 Good and extensive industry relations and connections in the relevant geographical regions.
 Extensive commercial experience (and nouse) including
'dealmaking' and joint venture/partnership experience.
 End-to-end delivery oversight (project delivery, planning
delivery and / or asset sale delivery).
 Strategic - including personality and experience that can
direct portfolio strategy including hold external consultants
accountable and drive their direction.
 Drive.
 Adaptability.
 Ability to think outside square.
 Happy to be in a part-time role whilst retaining a strong sense
of ownership of the projects and their results.

This is a long term opportunity, with the development plan covering the next 10 years. It is likely to be 3 days a week for the inital 6 months, potentially changing to 2 days a week thereafter.
