Graduate Surveyor / Analyst - Private Equity (Residential)

If you are looking for a role that provides investment exposure within the Private Equity arena then this position is for you. My client is a newly created registered provider backed by institutional capital and providing a new initiative to build a large-scale portfolio of social and affordable homes.

This represents an excellent opportunity for a Graduate level or Newly Qualified Surveyor with residential experience to progress their career within a niche investment & development team that is part of a larger Real Estate Group. This company places a strong emphasis on providing an efficient valuation / appraisal service within the affordable housing sector.

Requirements for the role:

• Proficient in the use of excel, with experience of running appraisals
• Keen interest in the development process and the residential market
• Exceptional attention to detail and possess the ability to source market information efficiently including engaging with local agents
• Cash flow modelling and reporting skills and an analytical approach

The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree (real estate or finance) and ideally be RICS accredited. Residential experience is also required.
