Your new company
You will be joining a Housing organisation based in Nottinghamshire who are currently expanding their team.You will work on a temporary basis within the planned maintenance department managing a team of trade staff to deliver both major and minor works.
Your new role
Your main responsibility will be to manage a team of up to 16 mixed trade staff to deliver major and minor planned works to tenanted properties.
You will carry out all aspects of management including absence and performance to ensure work is completed inline with the organisation's policies and procedures.
As part of your role you will visit tenanted houses to carry out inspections of your teams work and liaise with tenants to resolve any queries or complaints as required.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in all aspects of team management including absence and performance
Knowledge of social housing
Experience in delivering planned maintenance work
Driving licence and vehicle access essential
What you'll get in return
Ongoing temporary work, working full time 37 hours a week
Competitive rate, paid on a weekly basis
