Your new company
You will work for a Lettings company based in Nottingham city centre. You will work as a Portfolio Manager, working in a fun and dynamic team.
Your new role
You will work as a Portfolio Manager, building relationships with the landlords and winning business. You will oversee the Lettings Consultant, prepare new tenancy documents, undertake lettings, solve any issues quickly for tenants and landlords, and other lettings duties.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in residential lettings, and be eager to develop in a fast paced environment. You will be confident in new business development, as well as dealing with any deposit disputes.
