Job Details
Do you have a background in New Homes? A fantastic opportunity has arisen for someone with strong customer service and administrative skills to join my client as an Aftercare Coordinator. There is flexibility on the days and hours you work. Must be available immediately.
Suggested hours: Monday to Friday 10am - 3pm (flexible)
Salary: £20,000 pro rata
Start date: ASAP
Responsibilities:
- Implement STCS procedures
- Ad-hoc administrative duties
- Assist site-based teams
- Assist STCS Director with reports
- Correspond with owners and residents
- Oversee the scheduling of new home demonstrations
- Record and database, adhering to GDPR
- Coordination of defects liability period
Experience and Attributes:
- Good analytical and evaluation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication sills
- Ability to manage your own workload
- Used to working in a busy environment
- Experienced with the New Homes aftercare process
- Educated to a minimum of GCSE level or equivalent
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experienced in residential sales or completions
- Knowledge of property development or construction
