Management Surveyor, Fund Assets - Birmingham City Centre

The Company

A major property consultancy, that has an excellent reputation and are well regarded by their contemporaries and their staff alike. They have a very large portfolio under their management, largely with funds. This team only represents landlords so your work will all be on this side.
The Role

They are looking for a Management Surveyor to work on these assets, the portfolio is largely mixed commercial, and you will be getting involved with the active management of the portfolio including advising the investors on how to derive the highest revenues from their asset. In addition there will be day to day work including setting service charges, L&T work, and liaising with other professionals in the business and externally such as Facilities Managers & commercial Agents etc.

Skills & Experience

You will be MRICS chartered (absolutely essential) You may already be working in a property consultancy but candidates working directly for a client would also be welcome to apply.
