Hays are delighted to be working with a well-established, multi-disciplinary organisation to recruit a Building Surveyor on a permanent basis.

This organisation has a rapidly expanding profile enjoying continuing success providing a broad range of services to a variety of Public and Private Sector Clients. They are also currently working on a variety of projects ranging from large scale refurbishments to one off professional services.

• Promoting the organisation's brand professionally and attending networking events.

Experience We are seeking an ambitious, Chartered Building Surveying candidate. You will need to be enthusiastic, dedicated and professional with good interpersonal and business development skills. You will also be committed to delivering a quality service to clients to maintain and develop business. Experience in professional and project work including good technical knowledge is also required. The post provides an excellent opportunity to the successful candidate to develop their existing experience, knowledge and skill base while being part of, and contributing to an expanding local Team.

Qualifications

BSc Building Surveying
Professional Membership RICS or CIOB
