My client is currently recruiting for a recently chartered Building Surveyor to join their team based in London. They are looking to expand their team and are interested in a candidate who is not afraid to get their hands dirty in sectors and industries that they are not familiar with.
What the job Involves
- Preparing specifications for, and administering, repair and refurbishment contracts
- Preparing and negotiating scheduled of dilapidations/preparing exit strategies
- Preparing planned preventative maintenance plans
- Technical Due Diligence
- Undertaking Building Surveyor's inspections and preparing reports
Requirements
- Recently APC Chartered
- Previously worked at a consultancy
- Client facing
- Strong verbal and numerical skills
