Land Manager - Strategic Land

A well-regarded, well-financed, and particularly active developer is looking for a particularly entrepreneurial Land Manager to join their team. Specialising in strategic development, my client maximises land value through the planning and development process. Focused on the South of England, where they have established a strong track record in record time, the ideal candidate will oversee land deals from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Carrying our appraisals and assessing the feasibility of opportunities
• Supporting the director in identifying land owners
• Supporting the director in sourcing land and acquiring land
•  Pro-actively identify new strategic land opportunities
• Monitor all Regional and Local Authority Planning and Housing Documentation for future opportunities
• Securing and capitalising on opportunities, converting preferred developer status into deliverable projects
