Job Details
I am currently working with a client based in Surrey who are looking for an estates manager to join their team on a 6-12 month contract. The role will be paying between £30 - 31 per hour (umbrella rate), based on a 37.5 hour week.
The role:
- Management and maintenance in line with statutory compliance related to the buildings, COSHH, HTM's and control of legionella.
- Having management overview of HV/LV, BMS and HVAC systems.
About you:
- Previous experience in education, health care or other public body.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical components.
- Qualifications displaying a good understanding of engineering.
