Senior Estates Surveyor

My client is looking for an individual to join their Property & Investment team and lead their Valuation function. This authority's commercial assets generate a net income of £15 million per annum and their commercial property portfolio is built up of industrial (multi-let and single-let), retail, offices, leisure (hotels and golf courses), agricultural and alternatives.

As the Senior Estates Surveyor you will manage and maintain the multi-million pound property portfolio, which includes providing all professional General Practice Surveying services. You will also be required to support and supervise colleagues across the department with undertaking valuations along with having responsibility for producing the authorities' annual valuation certificate.

The client would like an individual with strong technical knowledge, ideally MRICS with significant experience in valuations and commercial property management, asset management, acquisition and disposal.
