Job Details
This unique client has a small property team and a varied property portfolio, including commercial, residential, leisure and rural. They are now looking to appoint an Estates Surveyor to support their current Head of Property and take responsibility for dealing with all aspects of the property portfolio as required. You will work autonomously and under your own initiative on a variety of work, from rent reviews and lease renewals, rent collection, organising building works, advising on the effective management of assets in accordance with best practice standards of estate management as set by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), develop, implement and ensure the continual maintenance of accurate property records and related data, including leases, licences and easements to include maintaining an electronic property database of completed property agreements. The client will also consider less experienced applicants, providing you have the key skill set. You will have experience in a similar role and must be a car owner. Parking is provided.
