Executive Director, Homes and Investment - First Choice Homes Oldham, Greater Manchester Attractive Six Figure Package

First Choice Homes is a profit for purpose housing provider with 11,500 homes in Oldham, Greater Manchester. The organisation has a passion for the delivery of excellent services and creating thriving communities. We are an ambitious organisation, with an exciting £115m new build development programme, which will see us expand our stock holding both in and outside of Oldham.

The incoming ED Homes and Investment will drive a holistic approach to strategic asset investment; ensuring that we deliver the right level of financial return and customer value from our investment. You will lead our approach to asset growth, ensuring we continue to partner effectively and position ourselves as a partner of choice across the public and private sectors.

Critical to your success, will be your unerring focus on thriving communities and passion for customer outcomes. We expect the appointed candidate to challenge the status quo, and use our sector leading business intelligence to drive commercially led decision making to ensure excellent outcomes for us and our customers.

The Role

Deliver strong financial performance of our property assets and drive our significant asset investment programme.

Develop and implement strategic business growth via sustainable financial investment through new developments and wider activity both within Oldham and in new geographies.

As part of First Choice Homes’ Executive Team, develop and implement corporate business strategy that supports delivery of our Strategic Objectives, and champion the values of the business.

The Person

Significant experience in developing and implementing asset management and investment strategies and successful business growth strategies.

Significant experience in delivering excellent customer service, rooted in meaningful engagement with customers.

Track record in delivering and maximising value to the business via the operation of Business Intelligence / Data Analytic strategies
