Your new company
A reputable and fun loving public sector organisation are seeking a Development Manager to join them on a permanent basis due to team growth and a strong pipeline of work.

Your new role
You will be joining an established team to work alongside other development professionals in a bid to manage and lead development projects from inception to completion whilst also hunting out new opportunities for rent or sale using public and private funding development. Dealing with project budgets, internal/external stakeholders and a team of PM's who will need overseeing this is a varied role where you will be kept busy!


What you'll need to succeed
You will have a relevant qualification ie surveying / architecture / building etc and will have previously have worked within public sector housing or have experience in dealing with public sector clients.
