This property consultancy offer an end to end service delivering results based around their clients investment strategy. The company currently have in excess of £1.2 billion under management with a proven track record of delivering a seamless management services across all asset sectors.

Your new role

As a Senior Surveyor / Senior Property manager you will be responsible for acting as the lead surveyor for a variety of property portfolios across a number of high profile clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for end to end property management, maximising rental income and reducing tenant arrears. You will assist and support the asset managers in connection to rent reviews, lettings, lease renewals and surrenders. There will be a large focus around service charge budgeting, dealing with tenant applications, undertaking inspections and client reporting.

What you'll need to succeed

A relevant property / RICS degree is preferable with the company taking a preference to MRICS Chartered Surveyors. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven ability to property manage complex multi tenanted assets & mixed used portfolios within London & M25. It's crucial to have strong service charge management, tenant / client engagement and lease management skills.
