Asset Manager (client side), London, £35000 pa- £45000 pa

A UK REIT is seeking an Asset Manager to take ownership of a flagship regional shopping centre. The Asset Manager will work out of the London office and will involve some travel to the asset.

As The Asset Manager you will be responsible for asset management initiatives as well overseeing consultants and internal stakeholders on the day to day running of the shopping centre.

This will involve:-

  • Define and implement business plan for the centre
  • Oversee and lead tenant mix
  • Negotiating lease events (rent reviews, lease renewals & surrenders etc.)

This is a great opportunity for a Qualified Surveyor to join an established property company overseeing a flagship shopping centre.
