One of our most prestige clients are looking for a Mandarin speaking New Homes Sales Negotiator to join their expanding and extremely successful China Desk.
This is an amazing opportunity for the right candidate to join one of London's largest and most successful developers, selling across a large portfolio of New Build developments across London. You will be on-site in a Sales and Marketing suite, but due to the nature of the position where you will have the ability to sell across multiple schemes across Central and West London.
Our client is looking for someone with extremely strong Negotiation and Sales experience - preferably within the Property sector. You will need experience building and maintaining relationships with HNWI's, and a proven track record maintaining excellent relationships with clients.
The role:
- Off-plan sales within a Sales and Marketing Suite
- Selling across 12 high-end schemes within the portfolio
- Conducting and booking viewings of the developments
- Help expand the China desk, branching out and bringing in new clients
- Maintain excellent relationships with clientele throughout the process up to exchange
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Working within a team to ensure targets are met and exceeded
- £25,000 - £27,000 Basic with an OTE of £55,000+
- Weekends on a rota
The ideal candidate will have:
- Fluent in Mandarin
- At least 2 years Sales experience - preferably within New Homes
- Highly presentable when dealing with HNWI's
- Have outstanding computer skills inclusive of Excel
- Eager for career progression
- Have a proven track record of providing high levels of customer Service
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
