Estates Project Coordinator - Prestigious Client Side Institution - Central London

My client is looking to appoint a proactive and resourceful Estates Projects Coordinator to provide support to the strategic and capital programmes being delivered. This is an excellent client side opportunity to enhance your estates knowledge.

Your new role

You will be reporting to the Director of Estates and assist the Estates team with the development of administrative processes and information management.

Your main responsibilities will involve: team filing structure, programming and project controls and document management.

The successful candidate will provide input and review Estates programme and project reporting and provide logistical and administrative support to the Estates team and act as the 'go-to' person for the Estates team for general information requirements and management.


What you'll need to succeed

• Competent user of MS Office suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Degree in a technical related subject such as construction, engineering or architecture for example.
• Understanding of filing structures and document management
• Excellent people, communication, organisational and time management skills
• Keen attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Exceptional writing skills and grammar
• Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
  • Willing to take initiative - with an interest in learning as projects develop within the team
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
