Junior Consultant - Corporate Acquisitions - Full Time – Wimbledon

Our Corporate Acquisitions Department is strengthening their Acquisitions team to meet our ambitious expansion plans and are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Consultant to join their team. Responsible for the expansion of our current portfolio through package deals, you will be involved in the acquisition cycle, developing relationships with key third parties along the way such as landlords and developers. This responsible and varied role requires exceptional communication and negotiation skills as well as a talent for multi-tasking and deadline management. Full training will be provided.

What will you do?

  • Negotiation and acquisition of sites
  • Managing planning applications from submission to delivery of the planning
  • Supporting all expansion, relocation and mixed-use schemes
  • Developing key relationships with landlords, tenants, developers and property companies
  • Driving the full development and planning process from concept to completion
  • Responsible for compliance with statutory provisions (e.g., accident protection regulations, data protection, etc.)
  • Helping with designing, developing, planning, coordinating, presenting, communicating and supervising any projects that arise in the area of responsibility
  • Ensuring a positive and motivating working atmosphere as well as smooth, effective and efficient cooperation

What will you need?

  • Degree educated or equivalent, in Property or Real Estate (desirable but not essential)
  • PC literate with strong Microsoft Office skills
  • A professional and refined negotiator with sound commercial acumen and judgment
  • Highly organised with a pragmatic and analytical approach
  • A strong multi-tasker with the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines
  • An excellent communicator who can communicate confidently with people at all levels of the business
  • A team player who is capable of performing tasks independently and to their own initiative
  • A fully licensed driver who is flexible to travel
  • Relevant experience is desirable but is not essential for this position
