My client is currently looking to hire an experienced Building Surveyor to join their team based in Bromley.
Experience
- Project management and Contract Administration experience
- TDD, Dilapidation - Landlord and Tenant advice, Schedules of Conditions, Party Wall, Pre-Acquisition Surveys experience
- Ability to work within a team and also independently when required
- Ability to schedule and manage own workload
Qualifications
- Building Surveying Degree or equivalent
- 3-4 years PQE Experience
- Previously working at a consultancy
- MRICS or MCIOB
- Full UK Drivers License
