Salary up to £50,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Capstone's London Based Project Management division are recruiting exclusively for a Project Manager to join a high end residential developer based in central London. Our client looks to creates iconic high-end residential developments that are both luxurious and elegant in some of London's most prestigious areas and also work internatioanlly.

The Role

As a Project Manager, you will be reporting directly into the Development Director and will be a key support on the delivery of several high end residential schemes delivering projects from inception through to completion. The role will also include liaising with design teams and external consultants and strong attention to detail will be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of all capital projects, scrutinising consultant reports and keeping projects on track with programmes.
• Liaise with all external consultant teams
• Supporting the Property Director with day to day project activities

Attributes

• Ideally you will be degree educated and professionally qualified or working towards MRICS, MCIOB,MAPM,RIBA
• Minimum of 2 years' experience working for either a developer, consultancy or construction company
• Experience of delivering high end residential schemes from inception through to completion with a good understanding of the planning and procurement process.
• A consultative approach
