Your new company
A public sector organisation based in Oxfordshire are looking for a Construction PM / Defects Manager to join them on a contract basis - you will be joining a small team of 4/5 people therefore having autonomy in what you are doing.

Your new role
You will be acting as Contract Administrator/Employers Agent on new schemes, and supporting the aftercare needs post Defect Liability Period. Dealing with housing schemes (supported living / affordable rent and shared ownership properties) - this is a varied and juicy position. With the contractor on the current project now being appointed, you will be liaising with them and ensuring the project runs on time, to good quality and to budget.


What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous public sector experience within Housing, have strong construction knowledge on a range of area's possibly with a background in surveying. You will hold a driving license and own a vehicle.
