Project Manager - South Devon

Your new company

As a Capital Project Manager you'll be joining a large public sector estate based in Southern Devon. A long term property investment and development plan means that the property & estates function has grown in recent months to include Building Surveyors, Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors and Energy specialists.

Your new role

You'll be working in a diverse role taking ownership of a number of capital construction projects within the southern Devon region. As a Project Manager you will take ownership of all pre-construction phases from RIBA stage 1 through to 4, as well as construction and handover of projects.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed in this vital new role, you'll need to have previous experience in the delivery of construction projects on behalf of the client, working within a complex stakeholder environment. You'll also need to have a degree or equivalent and either have professional membership of CIOB, RICS or MAPM or be working towards achieving this status.
