We are working with a leading developer who are synonymous with luxury living and are a hugely successful developer. Our client is looking for a Technical Coordinator for a multi phased low-rise residential development comprising of over 500 dwellings, including an Extra Care Home and Primary School in Wallingford, South Oxfordshire. The project duration is estimated at 6-8 years so there is a lot of stability in this role.


The development offices acts as a company satellite office where as Technical Coordinator you will be based full-time with a project team of up to 15 staff. Responsible for Technical duties on a multi-phased housing project, you will need to have Technical experience or a Consultant based background with a willingness to learn.


Ideally you will have excellent I.T skills experience in Excel, CAD, ASTA Power Project, have an eye for detail and a knowledge of traditional construction.


As Technical Coordinator you will need to work well in the existing project team both internally and with the external consultants, attending and required to chair design team meetings, delivering trade design packages on time and accurately with the assistance of your line manager.


You should as Technical Coordinator hold a Construction related qualification, with previous experience of working on residential projects. The role will be fast paced and if successful there is scope for early promotion.
