Job Details
A career opportunity has arisen for a MRICS qualified affordable housing surveyor to join a leading development consultancy in the heart of London. Our client is growing its team due to winning new instructions from existing and new clients. As a result, they are seeking a talented and ambitious surveyor to join their expanding team.
You will be joining an established team with an enviable reputation in the development sector and affordable housing market, and consequently you will benefit from working with leading experts within their field who will help build your specialist knowledge within affordable housing.
On a day-to-day basis your workload would consist of providing valuation, affordable housing, transactional services and development viability advice to developers, housebuilders, Registered Providers, local authorities, and top-tier property companies. Geographically, the workload will be based in London and the South East.
Your background:
- MRICS qualified.
- Either have a valuation or development consultancy background.
- Understanding of the affordable housing market in London.
- Client facing, and experience of managing and building client relationships.
