Job Details
Location: Lincolnshire
Salary: DOE
My client is looking for a Clerk Of Works to work for an initial 6-9 month contract with the possibility of it being extended.
About the role:
- Site Inspections
- Create lists of defects
- Take measurements and samples
- Making sure that the work complies with the legal requirements
- Provide technical advice for the organisation where necessary
- Make visual inspections
About you:
- Working knowledge of H&S legislation
- Client Facing
- Extensive building and construction knowledge, along with a relevant professional qualification
- Full, valid driving licence
