Engineer/Technical Manager – Residential Developer

Bedfordshire

Permanent position - £60,000 - £75,000 plus package, car and bonus

We are looking for an ambitious and driven individual with a civil engineering background who’s interested in joining a privately-owned design-led housebuilder based in the South Midlands/Bedfordshire. We need a real communicator as part of this role will include corresponding with lots of different teams and departments.

The company is happy to support a Senior Engineer, Development Engineer or Technical Coordinator who is looking for a step up as long as they can demonstrate their passion to quality and dedication to progressing and developing their own skillset. A previous track record of progressing quickly wouldn’t go a miss either!

As part of the role you will have the opportunity to manage a team and all technical aspects. You will also have the opportunity to get involved on site as well as working with more obscure areas such as acoustic engineering, so the role will be interesting and varied.

This is a great opportunity to work for a housebuilder that does things a little differently and that is truly dedicated to delivering outstanding family homes.

In addition to this, this company is well known for rewarding its staff with good career opportunities and progression and is looking to grow a team where quality is key.

To be considered for this position you must have a civil engineering degree, extensive experience working on residential projects, experience managing a team and excellent communication skills.

If you would like to find out more about the role, please contact Sophie Dennett on 07935 500 422 or email Sophie.dennett@alderpoint.co.uk
