This construction consultancy, founded over 20 years ago, are looking for an MRICS Building Surveyor to become an integral part of their team in order to assist with the current and future pipeline of work.

The firm are looking for a driven and commercially-minded surveyor who can actively service the workload of current clients whilst also contributing to finding new business. You will be one of the lead client contacts for refurbishment/new build/repair projects, and also complete a range of professional work.

You will be MRICS with a degree in Building Surveying, with experience working in a consultancy environment. In return, you will receive a competitive package (between £35,000 - £50,000, depending on prior experience) and excellent progression opportunities moving forward.
