Location: Nottinghamshire
Salary: DOE
My client is looking for a Responsive Maintenance Surveyor to work for an initial 3 month contact with the potential of being extended.
About the role
- Responsive repairs service
- Property inspections and surveys
- Create lists of defects
- Making sure that the work complies with the legal requirements
- Provide technical advice for where necessary
- Undertake work on void properties
About you
- Responsive & Void experience
- 4 + years industry experience preferably in social housing
- Client Facing
- Extensive building and construction knowledge, along with a relevant professional qualification
- Full, valid driving licence
