Development Project Manager

As Development Project Manager you will work in a small team taking responsibility for the delivery of the residential units (tenure to be confirmed either private sale and/or PRS) from closing planning consent through to handover.  

Responsibilities:

- Take full accountability for project responsibility 

- Manage the planning process (environmental and political) to detailed consents

- Give input to team that defines product specification and marketing/branding/place making strategies

- Oversee preparation of tender information and manage tender process through to completion of contract

-   Appoint design teams and negotiate fees, scopes of services etc.

-   Set up and monitor of project execution plan, risk register and phasing/programme

-  Report to Line Manager in monthly project updates and tertial financial updates

-  Setting, reviewing project business cases (cost, value, profit)

In order to be considered for this position you must be able to demonstrate clear experience in delivering the above.
