Interim Lease Renewal Surveyor - 3+ months- Based in Norfolk

About Your New Organisation

This is a public sector organisation that owns circa 170 commercial properties, which are mostly within the investment portfolio. There offices are based in a beautiful area within Norfolk that offer a lot of opportunities.

About the Role

  • You will be responsible for undertaking a programme of lease renewals and rent reviews on a commercial portfolio. At the moment there are about 70 cases that need completing
  • Instruct solicitors on agreed renewal or rent review terms and project manage that legal case load
  • Manage the caseload of renewals/reviews personally and work with appointment solicitors to bring completions to a close
  • Provide Landlord and Tenant inspections and measured surveys

About You

  • It is preferred if you have a property background and/or a relevant property degree
  • You will be at an advantage if you have 10 years' experience in relation to commercial property, including L&T, lease renewal and rent review management
  • It's desirable if you are local to the area and have a knowledge of Norfolk
