Job Details
Interim Estates Officer - 3+ months- Based in Norfolk
You will be working for an organisation based in a beautiful part of Norfolk, working on a commercial portfolio.
About the Role
- Liaise with landlords and tenants and provide inspections
- You will be responsible for undertaking a programme of lease renewals and rent reviews on a commercial portfolio.
- Instruct solicitors on agreed renewal or rent review terms and project manage that legal case load
- Manage the caseload of renewals/reviews personally and work with appointment solicitors to bring completions to a close

About You
- It is preferred if you have a property background and/or a relevant property degree
- You will be at an advantage if you have 5 years' experience in relation to commercial property, including L&T, lease renewal and rent review management
- It's desirable if you are local to the area and have a knowledge of Norfolk
