You have the opportunity to join a leading leisure company as a Regional Estates Manager covering the North East and Scotland region. This is a brand that is well regarded in the industry with there core values being based around people's well-being.
We are working with our client to find a Regional Estates Manager who is passionate about the leisure industry and provides exceptional customer service.
To be successful as a Regional Estates Manager within our client's company you will have a proven background in roles such as, Property Management, Facilities and Estates. You will also have experience in maintenance and energy management.
In this role you will be responsible for approximately 20 sites within the North East and Scotland region so the ideal candidate will reside in Scotland or the North East and hold a full UK driver's license.
On offer to the successful Regional Estates Manager there will be a salary between £40,000-50,000 a company car, bonus and excellent company benefits including numerous discounts across the group.
