Property Manager – Putney - £22,500 plus OTE £6,000 commission

Our client, a leading independent Estate Agency in South West London established over 25 years ago, are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their existing team.

Reporting in to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for liaising with Landlords, Tenants, Contractors, Accounts, Management and the Lettings Department, assisting in the management of a portfolio of properties.

The Property Manager will be responsible for:

  • Organising maintenance and repairs and arranging quotes for works as necessary
  • Visiting properties to check the condition and progress of major works
  • Ensuring valid landlords gas safety certificate are in place for all managed properties
  • Maintaining accurate file notes, updating and maintaining management details on Propco
  • Mediating between landlords and tenants regarding deposits
  • Organising end of tenancy procedures and works where necessary
  • Following up tenants in arrears of rent as requested by Accounts Department
  • Providing full administrative support to the Manager and team.

The ideal Property Manager will:

  • Have previous property management experience
  • Be well presented with excellent customer care skills
  • Be fluent in spoken and written English
  • Be computer literate with good organisational skills
  • Ideally have knowledge of Propco enterprise Software
