You have the opportunity to join an owner of significant mixed commercial property in the UK & Overseas as a Regional Acquisitions Surveyor. This company is cash rich and growing at an exceptionally fast pace and because of that growth they are looking to add to their Regional Acquisitions team.
As a Regional Acquisitions Surveyor, you will be responsible for locating regional business opportunities with other property asset owners or councils and tracking them down to convert these opportunities into property deals. Having visited our client it was very clear that not only do they have a highly ambitious growth strategy, but they also possess the funding and expertise to achieve these goals.
As the successful Regional Acquisitions Surveyor, you are likely to possess drive, ambition and a core understanding of Property, L&T and Acquisitions however a degree or RICS qualification is not essential within this role.
On offer to the successful Regional Acquisitions Surveyor there will be a salary of up to £35,000 plus an uncapped commission bonus scheme so you will be in charge of your own fortune through hard work, drive and ambition. Also, there are excellent company benefits which include a company car or car allowance, travel fully expensed and 25 days annual leave.
This role is perfect for someone who has a few years property experience who wants to have more control over there earning potential and progression in a client-side role.
