Looking for Sales Negotiators to join London's biggest and most successful Estate Agency. The successful candidate will benefit from working with the best value stock, genuine career progression as well as state of the art facilities, technology and stability in all of their offices.
The ideal candidate will need at least one year's Estate Agency experience as a Sales Negotiator, as well as a proven track record of exceeding targets, a highly motivated attitude to succeed and ambition to grow and progress within the company.
Day to day responsibilities:
- Registering and qualifying new applicants
- Generating and conducting viewings
- Negotiating offers and progressing sales
- Managing own applicant database
- Liaising with applicants and landlords

- Basic salary starting at £22,000
- On Target Earnings of £60,000
