Land Manager

A leading developer that specialises in maximizing the land value through the planning and development process is looking to grow their team. They are looking for a Land Buyer to join their current investment team and become an integral part of this growing company.

My client specialises in Strategic Development working from mid-scale sites to large urban extension. They focus the South of England and established a strong track record in a small space of time. My client does not undertake land promotion they also carry out vital strategic development to deliver best value. This is undertaken by their in house technical and construction team in house.

If you are looking to progress as a Land Manager and want to join a smaller more dynamic company, then this would be a fantastic opportunity for you. The Successful candidate would be supporting the senior land managers in all areas of the role. They will get the autonomy to go out and source their own sites and see the deal through the entire process.

Responsibilities:

• Carrying our appraisals and assessing the feasibility of opportunities
• Working alongside the Director to identify land owners
• Working alongside the director in sourcing land and acquiring land
• Pro-actively identify new strategic land opportunities
• Monitor all Regional and Local Authority Planning and Housing Documentation for future opportunities
• To secure opportunities and convert preferred developer status into deliverable projects
