The Church Commissioners’ Investment Division is responsible for a unique and diverse global real estate portfolio worth over £2billion which includes commercial, rural and residential property, as well as strategic land, commercial forestry, infrastructure and indirect property investments.

A rare opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced Rural Asset Manager to join the team and assist with taking forward the strategy and its successful delivery in respect of a substantial rural property portfolio comprising 100,000 acres across 45 estates and valued at over £600 million.

The Position

Reporting to the Head of Rural Asset Management, the successful candidate will have an innovative and driven approach to estate management.  Key responsibilities will include:

The Candidate

  • An MRICS (or similar) qualified individual with strong experience and a proven track record in rural asset and estate management;
  • An entrepreneurial, dynamic, and driven individual - able to consistently apply professional and commercial judgement.  Financially astute with the ability to deliver results to deadlines.
