Customer Service Co-ordinator- Guildford
This role is a fantastic opportunity with one of the countries leading developers. The role is based in the heart of Guildford, within their head office. They are looking for a resilient individual, who will be manning their customer care desk, answering calls regarding complaints/enquiries about properties that have recently been sold, and carrying out any actions to resolve any problems met.
You will be dealing with sites that are currently completed and are in their warranty and defect lifespan. The developer wants someone who has previous experience within a similar role, within the new homes industry.
Responsibilities:
- Making sure any problems are dealt with as fast as possible but making sure there is no chance of it becoming a reoccurring problem
- Answering any incoming calls regarding complaints and logging them into a database
- Carry out follow up calls to ensure customers are satisfied with your actions and the problem is resolved
- Keep the customer up to date at all times
Requirements:
- Be available to work Monday to Friday
- Must have previous experience within a completions role
- A strong attitude
- Work well within a team and efficiently
