Covering: M5 Corridor
Remuneration: £Dependent on individual
KHA are delighted to be working with a new and rapidly expanding high end Residential Developer who are now looking for a Senior Land Manager to join the team - with the opportunity to progress to Director.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director this is an exceptional opportunity to join a highly reputable company where you can make a real impact.
The successful candidate will possess the ability to consider the overall land strategy and understand the importance of adding value in a small business. Contacts and experience acquiring sites throughout Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Warwickshire an advantage.
